Is your venue a One-Stop Shop ? Harbor Lights has a beautiful ceremony space called the Seaside Terrace , overlooking the stunning views of Greenwich Bay . Following the ceremony , guests are escorted to our indoor / outdoor cocktail space to enjoy passed hors d ’ oeuvres , delicious cocktails and even rental add-ons like the driving range or fire pit . Finally , we will open the doors into our Grand Ballroom where guests step into the beauty of the magical night . To make the planning process even easier , Harbor Lights couples are offered a special package to hold their rehearsal dinner here as well . The packages are tailored to you and your guests with your wedding menu in mind , so they will have two different ( but equally delicious ) culinary experiences .
Do you have an on-site coordinator ? Our event team is here with you at Harbor Lights every step of the way . First , you will be greeted by our welcoming and knowledgeable sales team to take you on a tour of the entire facility through the booking of your event . You will then meet our event coordinator who will be in contact with you throughout the planning process , including at your tasting , details meetings and rehearsal . We will be here to answer any questions or concerns you may have during the planning process , and help you create a menu , bar package and floor plan . We take care of all the small details so you have nothing to worry about on your special day .
What other perks does your venue offer ? A Taste of Harbor Lights is a semiannual complimentary tasting event . Upon arrival , you will be greeted by our events team with a celebratory glass of champagne before you get to taste some of our most popular hors d ’ oeuvres and stationary displays . Upstairs in our Grand Ballroom , you ’ ll have the opportunity to try our newly cultivated entrees so you can decide what to serve on your big day . When you ’ re not busy enjoying dinner or discussing wedding day details with your event coordinator , you can mingle with other couples getting married at Harbor Lights .
