Mackenzie and Greg met on the first day of class at Providence College in 2017 when they were in the same orientation group . They started out as friends for two years before dating . “ It ’ s always good to build a base first ,” says Mackenzie . Greg planned a special outing in New Hampshire for the two of them on a sunny June day in 2022 . They did all her favorite things , including visiting a Hampton Beach arcade and walking on the beach . Up on the rocks , Greg set down his phone to take a video and said , “ Look , a dog !” Mackenzie spun around to look , and when she turned back , Greg was on his knee . “ It was in a place that ' s meant so much to me since I was little , and he made it ten times more special ,” she says . They ’ ll say their vows at Mackenzie ’ s family church in North Andover , MA , on August 17 , 2024 , with a reception at the Bedford Village Inn in New Hampshire .

About a month of talking after they both swiped right on Tinder , Gelsey and Cheyenne met up in a park in Fall River , MA . “ It was like I knew her my whole life when I first met her ,” says Cheyenne . “ We clicked almost instantly .” Two years later in April 2022 , Cheyenne prepped to set up a lovely spring proposal at Roger Williams Park ' s Japanese Garden . The day before the proposal , Cheyenne and Gelsey visited the area while Cheyenne was discreetly scoping out the place to visualize the proposal execution . Thankfully , they had the area to themselves the next day . “ I set my phone up on a hill — she was looking away at the water , then she turned around and I had the ring ,” Cheyenne says . The lovebirds will return to Roger Williams Park to celebrate their wedding at the Botanical Center on May 24 , 2024 .
Rachel and Jason met online in March 2018 . Once they got to talking on the phone at night , 3 a . m . crept up on them before they knew it . A few days later at the now-closed Laura ' s Pleasant View Diner , the two talked for hours . At the start of 2021 , Rachel got a call from Jason excitedly stating that he bought her engagement ring and wedding band . “ I reminded him it ' s supposed to be a surprise ,” Rachel says . By November 2021 , she felt defeated that he hadn ’ t proposed all year despite buying the rings . While getting ready for lunch with her sister , her best friend Veronica knocked on her front door . They went to get their nails done together before grabbing coffee . Back at Rachel ’ s house , in front of them was a tent with fairy lights , eucalyptus garlands , roses and countless pictures of the two of them . Jason , dressed in a suit holding a bundle of roses , stood with Rachel ’ s parents and sister in the freezing cold . He got down on one knee and finally asked Rachel to marry him . The reason for his delay ? He wanted Rachel ’ s loved ones , including her best friend , to be present for the special moment . Their rustic fairy-tale-inspired wedding will be on October 19 , 2024 , at the Foster Country Club .
Yvie & Ronnie

During a summer 2016 internship in Nashua , NH , Ronnie and Yvie hit it off while watching the NBA finals at an intern gathering . Exploring New England together all summer turned into a longdistance relationship , as Ronnie was attending college in Pennsylvania and Yvie in New York . Post-graduation , the two moved to New Hampshire together . Years later during their annual trip to Rochester , NY , on Halloween weekend , Ronnie insisted on stopping for a bathroom break even though they had just stopped for lunch in Syracuse . Finally , they reached the exit for the Lake Geneva visitor center . “ We might as well walk out to the lake to take in the view ,” Ronnie had said . A cold , shivering Yvie thought it would be best to get the drive over with until he got down on one knee . The rest of the world was forgotten as he slipped her great-grandmother ' s engagement ring on her finger once she said “ Yes !” On June 7 and 8 , 2024 , Ronnie and Yvie will have an Indian fusion wedding at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center in Providence .
