WALK US THROUGH A HARBOR LIGHTS WEDDING. Our perfect seaside setting, central
location, modern amenities and stellar food service have made us a favorite choice for social
gatherings of all kinds. Whether you’re looking to host an intimate event for twenty of your
closest friends or a large celebration for up to 230 guests indoors, or even more on our
tented seaside terrace, we’ve got you covered. First, our location overlooking Greenwich
Bay will create a flawless backdrop for your ceremony; the breathtaking scenery, along with
our beautiful wooden arbor and white garden chairs, complete a picture-perfect set up!
Afterwards, as the guests are led around the building to the cocktail hour, they will enjoy a
combination of a beautifully natural landscape and waterfront views (we also provide a limo
golf cart for the wedding party and anyone who needs a ride). The cocktail hour location
features a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating and even the option of renting out the driving
range for guests to enjoy. Once the hour is up, we open the grand ballroom doors for the
big reveal. Guests will love the modern decor, custom gray Chiavari chairs, movable dance
floor and large windows that give way to spectacular views of the bay. We are also happy
to customize the space, lighting and tables in the ballroom to suit any occasion size and/
or style. Tying the knot should be the happiest moment of your life, and Harbor Lights’
professional sales managers and banquet staff are dedicated to ensuring that your wedding
experience is an unforgettable beginning to your new life together!
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU HOLD IN ONE DAY? We pride ourselves in hosting only
one wedding or large event a day. This way, we are devoted to our clients and their special
day! Our clients even have the luxury of picking the five-and-a-half-hour time frame they
would like to have for their wedding.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CATERING SERVICES. We have a full in-house kitchen, head chef,
staff and bartenders. As for the menus, we can accommodate any dietary need or specialized
tastes, and our most popular items are the passed hors d’oeuvres and late-night snacks! Who
could turn down Mini NY System Wieners All the Way or Mini Chicken and Waffles?
WHAT VENUE-SEARCH ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO NEWLY ENGAGED COUPLES? Do
your research and narrow down your top choices by location and the style you are looking
for. If you are unsure, it is okay to set up a few tours with different types of venues. Make sure
to reach out after the tour and ask for an estimate — it can be hard to compare different venues
and their packages, but don’t be afraid to ask the sales manager for help in comparing prices
and what the different venues have to offer. Lastly, be sure to pick the venue that you and your
fiance love! Don’t let a venue’s date availability scare you away; the more flexible you are with
