When to book : Waiting too long to book is the most common mistake couples make . Most wedding websites suggest booking transportation about four to six months in advance , but unfortunately this is often far too close to the wedding to guarantee that the customer will receive what they want or even need . We recommend about nine to twelve months in advance for most vehicle types ( trolleys , stretch limos , party buses and shuttle buses ) especially during busier times of the year ( April through October ) and specifically during holiday weekends . Fridays and Sundays or dates between November and March have much more flexibility and we would recommend six to nine months in advance to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they want .

What transportation options do couples have nowadays ? We often say if it has wheels we ’ ve got it , or can get it ! We , of course , have stretch limos , but we can also arrange everything from different types of sedans ( luxury , premium and vintage ), vans and stretch SUVs to trolleys , party buses , school buses , mini coaches , motor coaches and even golf carts . Trolleys are the most popular vehicle type ( we have nine and they sell out every Saturday in the summer ), but another popular trend is Mercedes Sprinter Luxury Vans which are tall enough to stand up and walk around in and feature forward-facing leather seating and hardwood floors .
What cool amenities do your options have ? Our various wedding party vehicles have customized lighting that the passengers can operate and change as needed , Bluetooth capabilities for music , TV screens , built-in coolers where we provide a complimentary bottle of champagne , waters , ice and glassware . And we even have ‘ Just Married ’ signs for some of our trolleys .
Do you travel anywhere in the state ? Beyond ? We have offices in Providence , Newport , Boston , Cape Cod and even Naples , Florida ! In fact , we can service 600 cities worldwide with transportation needs . ( Going to another country for your honeymoon ? We can provide car service as needed there too !)
