As part of an individual’ s induction into the firm, everyone is required to undertake mandatory e learning that relates to equality and diversity. This training offers basic learning in relation to creating an inclusive environment that is free from discrimination. n Mentoring
Mentoring is a basic component of PwC’ s development framework in recognition that it can help people to fulfil their full potential. In support of this, our People Networks have led a Mentoring initiative called“ Mentoring Connections”; a database that enables our people to find a mentor that could help them with their professional development.
