WHAT’S THE BUZZ AT ESS!
Assistant Principal’s
Message
Dear Families,
I hope this newsletter finds
everyone staying warm, healthy and
enjoying winter activities. It’s hard to
believe we haven’t had any snow days
in January or February! June 16 th is the
current last day of school, but we’ll
have to see what Mother Nature has
in store for us in March. The second
marking period has come to an end
and your child will be bringing his/her
report card home on Friday, March
6 th . Celebrate your child’s strengths
and efforts! They are working hard by
participating in many rich and
engaging learning experiences that
foster their curiosity, along with
developing the social skills needed to
succeed. There is still much learning
to occur for the remainder of our
school year! I encourage you to
contact your child’s teacher if you
have any questions or concerns. Thank
you for your support and commitment
to your child’s education. Enfield
Street School is a special learning
community and I look forward to
working with you as we continue to
focus on your child’s academic and
social growth. Please be sure to take
time as a family to talk, play and READ
together.
Warmly,
Bethany Calado
