Proof of Certification will be needed at the first class if it was received outside of Enfield or Windsor Locks Adult Education. Become a certified practitioner. This is the class that will give you what you need so you can give others hands on energy treatments. This class focuses on the Change and Spiritual Connection, How Level I and II differ with a review of Level I, the First two Reiki Symbols, Distant Healing, the Third Symbol, Crystal Grid, cover What is a Byosen Scan, Hand placements, What is Intuition, Meditation, Atunement and Practice of Reiki on each other. If this is an onsite course, there will be a non-refundable $ 5.00 materials fee per student.
INTRODUCTION TO YANG’ S STYLE TAI CHI CHUAN( Tuesday) Eli Whitney School – All Purpose Room- Mr. Lai Fee $ 140 – 10 sessions – 5:30 p. m.- 6:30 p. m. Class begins September 16 The class will begin with basic exercises to relax the body tensions caused by stress and then progress to learn the Tai Chi Form 24. The practice of Tai Chi in correct body postures, movements and breathing techniques will rejuvenate internal energy and mind concentration. Students will be able to practice the learned techniques at home to achieve long-term health benefits.

Class begins September 16 Intermediate Tai Chi Class will teach the Classical Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form 118 to further understand the essentials of Tai Chi benefits, theory and practice. This class is open to anyone that has previously learned Tai Chi and would like to continue to work on cultivating internal energy, better balance, breathing technique and posture coordination.
