Clause 2.9.3.2 of AS/NZS 3000:2007,
Wiring Rules—Suitability says: Switchboards
shall be suitable to withstand the mechanical,
electrical and thermal stresses that are likely to
occur in service. Switchboards complying with
the relevant requirements of the AS/NZS 3439
series of standards are considered to meet the
requirements of this Clause 2.9.3.
