THROUGH NOV . 12 : Perhaps you recall the young women who led the “ witch hunt ” in Arthur Miller ’ s The Crucible . But did you know that in reality , Abigail Williams was just an eleven-year-old girl ? When she begins working for sixty-year-old farmer John Proctor , their lives unravel from playing with poppets into something unexpected . The Good John Proctor reexamines the Salem Witch Trials through the eyes of the four young girls at its center . Run time is about ninety minutes .
THROUGH NOV . 10 : Life ’ s not so charming for Becky Nurse , a descendant of an executed Salem “ witch .” To reverse her bad fortune , she consults a local witch — leading to shocking , funny and disturbing results .
