Explain your role as the Greenwich Odeum’ s Operations Manager. My role as the Greenwich Odeum’ s general manager and manager of operations is to ensure that the quality of the theater is a vibrantly well: Equipped environment for all artists, performers and production crews. After seven years, I have a knowledge of strategic planning and problem-solving while remaining personable.
What is your favorite part of the role? My favorite part as the Greenwich Odeum’ s general manager and managing the overall operations of this almost century-old theater is walking through the doors every day. It just feels like home, and I love that others feel that way as well. It’ s hard not to!
What do you look forward to the most this season? On a show night, I get to witness all the moving parts come together and collaborate with the collective energy of the performers, the volunteers, box office, our sound advice, bartenders and audience. This experience is a powerful reward for the hard work that happens behind the scenes. Our schedule this season is packed with a variety of shows for every walk of life!
