As adults many of us have a routine. Housework routines, those of us with children have bed and bath routines. There are several things throughout our daily lives, whether we realize it or not that have become routine for us. The way we shop also the way we eat, we usually buy the same butter we always buy, the same coffee we always buy and several other things on our list, without giving it a second thought. We unmindfully shop the same and do the same things just because that is what we have always done. But being more conscious of our daily decisions could help us get on the right track of transforming oujr bodys and minds in to thinking in different ways. Most of us would like to lead healthy and prosperous lives, but diet and exercise are a challenge to incorporate into our daily routines. But I am here to tell you there are simple changes that we can change to help us to be a healthier version of our prior selves, with very little effort.

First a very simple thing we could change is the way we shop for our groceries. There are very simple changes we could make on our grocery list that would not only help us to lose a little weight but also be healthier. These easy changes will not only benefit you but the whole family as well. You will be felling more energized well rested and yes even notice a difference in your waist line, simply by changing the way you eat.

Some suggestions for your shopping list

Honey instead of Sugar

Ground Turkey or Chicken instead of Ground Beef

Coconut or Olive Oil instead of Vegetable Oil

Tea and Green Tea instead of Soda Pop or Juice

Whole Grain or Wheat bread instead of White Bread

Almond or Skim milk instead of Whole Milk

Organic Banana Chips or Dried Fruit instead of Fruit Snacks

These are all some simple and effective ways to eat better without having to make dramatic changes. Not to mention shopping this way isn’t going to make a dramatic change in your pocket either. There are so many benefits to eating healthier. Why not make the change and try it out? You have nothing to lose except for maybe a couple of pounds.
