I have discovered thought my journey of becoming a healthier me an hour a day of easy exercises have helped me greatly. You could also go 3 days out of the week for an hour a day to the gym. Exercising has help me to feel more energized, think more clearly and a very healthy way to relive and deal with the everyday stresses of life. It is a proven fact that a person who exercises at least a little a day, not only is healthier physically but mentally as well.
Some suggestion for a workout routine
20 Squats
30 lunges
50 Sec wall sit
10 Crunches
15 Bicycles
20 Sec side plank on each side
20 Leg lifts
20 Jumping jacks
So with a couple of simple changes in your routine you can be on your way to a healthier more fit you. Your complexion will be better, you will sleep more soundly, think smarter and faster and most importantly just feel an overall difference mentally and physically.
