How long have you been doing music? Formally, since 2007. Professionally, since 2009.

How did you get started? My brothers and I used to make music for fun at a studio in our neighborhood. Upon years of their encouragement and support of me to pursue a career out of my talent, I decided to take a leap of faith, and began performing at local car shows. Next thing I know, I became a very well known artist in the Chicano Hip Hop industry--Lil Threat Loca. After 5 years of building myself as a musician, I decided to challenge myself to grow further in the music industry, changing my name from Lil Threat Loca to AUDIE.

What/Who inspires you? As Threat, my people. As Audie, my little sisters. As a musician, a teacher, and a woman, my Grandma Kori up in heaven.

What projects do you currently have out? Mixtapes Volume 1-4, Thru Hell & Back Mixtape, Ultimate Mixtape, Inside Out Mixtape, Good & Evil Mixtape, 2 Christmas EP's (A Silent Night In Burque, 'Twas The Night Before Christmas), and 2 original albums (Stop Goes The Heart & By The People, 4 The People).......all under Lil Threat Loca

What are you currently working on? Audacious Records 505 presents, Audie's new all original album: "Key of G"

What do you like to do when you are not doing music? I work with at-risk youth ages 5 to 25. I am a music teacher, a mentor, and a behavioral health counselor. I also enjoy playing with my 1 year old pit bull terrier. Her name is Treble Clef.

What is something people don’t know about you? Before I was THREAT, I was AUDIE.

Where can people hear your music and connect with you?
