H i, there! My name is Patricia Isabel. I am a new Fashion Contributing Writer for Encan-
tado Magazine. I am a FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) alumni, who is
an avid lover for all things fashion, celebrity, and entertainment. As a fashion contributing
writer, I will be sharing my love affair for both the fashion and entertainment industries up-
dating you on the latest fashion and celebrity trends anywhere from the biggest award shows
in town to celebrity street styles and how it can be incorporated into New Mexico’s fashion
scene.
A little background about myself, I was born in Panama City, Panama and left at nine
months old to Fargo, North Dakota where my dad got transferred to do his residency at the
University of North Dakota. From there, my parents and I, along with my sister packed our
bags and moved to Miami, Florida. There my dad transferred to do his specialty at the Uni-
versity of Miami. After three years of sun and fun, we moved back to Panama for two years to
then move to Roswell, New Mexico for three and half years. Finally, we moved to Albuquer-
que and have lived here ever since.
In the not so distant future, I plan to move back and continue to pursue my passions in fash-
ion and entertainment public relations and marketing in Los Angeles, California. A place
that will always and forever be dear to my heart and will call home one day. That is where my
heart lies.
