3. Drink water through- out the day. Water is an- other important factor in digestion and gut health. Water can also alleviate hunger. In fact, there are times we mis- take hunger for dehy- dration. 4. Drink tea or coffee. This will also support to alleviate hunger and support with digestion. 5. Never quit and don’t be so hard on yourself. Oftentimes, we beat ourselves up if we slip back into our old habits. The key is to recognize it, forgive yourself, and start again. We all have our slip ups. Your health success exists in your ability to start again, over and over, until you get it right. Remember, you got this! As you continue to take on your healthy lifestyle, remember there are easy practices you can start to incorporate into your daily schedule. I am a firm believer that if we do a little at a time, we will be successful in the long run. A lifestyle change is a marathon not a sprint. Take your time to figure out what will work for you, and you will find your success. 47
