President
The role of president is to manage the entire team to make sure that all projects are on track and working towards their targets. The role means that you have an outside perspective to all projects and are there to work with the project directors to make sure that the team and all projects are continuing to Create Business and Transform Lives.

International Director
The role of international director is to oversee all of the internatinal projects to make sure they are on track and are being pushed in the right direction to achieve impact.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with project leaders in order to provide additional external support, ensuring that their projects are moving in the right direction to improve long term aims and objectives.
As international director, you will need to attend all Monday meetings, moving between project meetings to get an insight into their progress, as well as taking a greater role within projects as and when is required in order to push them forward.
