Laurie Williams , a longtime Falk teacher and librarian , visited the school wearing a vintage Falk t-shirt . Williams joined the faculty in 1979 , spending eight years as a middle school teacher and 22 years teaching primary grades . In 2009 , she joined Linda Herward in the library following the completion of the addition , and she retired in 2017 . She loved having the experience of teaching children whose parents she had taught in middle school . ■
