What CHANGES for us?
The structural changes to EMS Rewards make
the program FASTER and EASIER to explain
to our Customers.
The only change for you:
We are now looking to capture Mailing
Address and Birthdate at the POS.
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS:
-Build it seamlessly into the signup process.
FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
-Verify information we already have: Name,
Phone Number, and E-mail.
-Verify or collect their Mailing Address and
Birthdate.
