EMS Rewards Overview
Hello Store Teams!
It has now been more than a year since we launched EMS Rewards!
When we launched the EMS Rewards in Fall 2012, our goal was to
provide our customers with some great benefits – a free paperless,
plastic-free system that provides money-back based on their
spending, and access to special Rewards-Member only discounts.
Since we launched EMS Rewards, we have been able to learn a lot
about what’s most important to our Customers and how we can make
the program easier, simpler, and better for them. We have also
heard a lot of feedback from our Stores and want to make it easier,
simpler, and better for you too!
Starting on Thursday April 24th, we will be implementing several
changes to EMS Rewards. Some of these changes are structural
while others are procedural. All of the changes seek to make the
program EASIER, SIMPLER, and BETTER for our Customers.
Review this document so that you are best able to share these
changes with your Store Team so they’re fully ready to educate and
support our customers on our April 24th.
