DATA QUALITY • • Quality Data is useful information we can use to contact a customer: E-mail Address and Mailing Address Garbage Data is information we cannot use to talk to the customer (Fake Names, Phone Numbers, E-mail Addresses, and Zip Codes cause significant problems) Without good data, we are unable to drive traffic to your store and your Rewards capture results will be lower. EMS DATA POLICY • • While we may occasionally send e-mail on behalf of our partners (think Conservation Alliance) from time-to-time – we do not ever sell or share our Customer’s E-mail addresses or phone numbers with anyone. REPORTING • • Current Reporting focuses on Capture Rate for your store and individual associate capture rates in several time parameters (Yesterday, WTD, MTD, YTD). Future Reporting will provide a clear picture of Capture Rate, Data Usability, and Data Quality at both the store and individual levels. B- 7
