1) Self Awareness: We’ve all heard this cliché before, right? I don’t mean getting to know you, I mean self awareness. Heighten your awareness about how you interact with others and yourself. The words you use and your body language when talking to kids, parents, coworkers, spouses and friends. Make yourself aware of your actions. Be accountable for your thoughts also. If you are telling yourself negative things stop it. If you are looking for something to go wrong, it generally will. Complaining? No one wants to hear that either. You are attracting what you magnetize. Many of us do these things from habit alone. By making yourself aware of some not-so-good habits you have, you can break them. Most importantly you can see amazing results by doing so.
