We are a real estate investment company based in New York and we buy and hold single and multi-family investment properties for appreciation and cash flow. What problems were you facing before joining REIA NYC / WISE Before joining REIA NYC my husband and I sank thousands of dollars into courses and coaches that provided videos, worksheets and case studies on such topics as creative financing strategies and how to profile a market. We were introduced to the process of how to invest in real estate without actually doing it. MOM, WIFE AND SUCCESSFUL INVESTOR We were never exposed to companies that actively help you find properties and didn't have an opportunity to potentially invest with other investors who were taking the same courses. What we did that solve those problems REIA NYC showed us two important things - We need a team of experts to help us get to where we want to go and we need a strategy to building wealth. With this knowledge we began working with a CPA, referred by REIA NYC who helps us with business planning and tax deduction strategies. We met our attorney who helped us set up the right entity structure for our investment strategy. Now we've moved from being landlords to real estate business owners. After joining REIA NYC we were introduced to other investors who were doing what we wanted to do and we were exposed to investing in other markets outside of NYC.
