Our company is Geanne Housing
Provider Solutions, LLC. We provide
safe and affordable housing to renters
in the Wilkensberg region of Pittsburgh.
What problems were you facing
before joining REIA NYC / WISE
Prior to joining REIA NYC/WISE, we
studied real estate with various real
estate gurus but we did not accomplish
anything. After joining REIA NYC, we
encountered a different group of
individuals where members were
actually making offers, making deals.
Through this association, we were able
to acquire our first properties, two
small multi-family properties by
networking with members of the
association. Had it not been for being a
part of this association, we probably
would have never done any deals.
What we did that solve those
problems
In fact, one member of the association
invited us to meet his real estate
broker.
