There was also the opportunity for students to share further comments, if they wished at the end of both surveys. Overall, 67 students responded with a comment on the post-survey, which shows an engagement with the programme that they felt strongly enough to write something.

Areas for improvement
There was very limited negative feedback( 4 students). There comments were that there was too much talking, and more activities needed to be included( games, movement or practical tasks) and two found it a bit‘ boring’
Considerations for future delivery
• More games
• More movement / less sitting
• Longer activity segments
• Shorter speaking segments
• More chances to talk openly
