CELEBRATION TO BENEFIT FAMILY
PROMISE OF NEWROCK

oyal Oak Presents the First
Annual Backyard BBQ Father’s
Day Celebration at the newly
built Cross and Crown Pavilion, located at
2461 O’Neal Road in Conyers, GA 30094
on June 17, 2017 from 1pm to 6pm. It’s
a fundraiser to benefit Family Promise of
Newrock.
Come out and kick off Father’s Day
weekend with a wide variety of barbeque
items and an amazing day with your
family. Sample barbeque from local
masters of the craft and enjoy musical
entertainment. There will be a children’s
area with games, snow cones, popcorn,
and more!
Attendees will have a chance to win
BBQ items from purchasing raffle tickets,
including a 50/50.
Admission is $5.00 for adults and
children under 16 are free. You’ll get
tastings, live music, and the children’s
play area. There will be hotdogs, burgers,
chips, and refreshments for sale. And
you’ll be able to sample the Barbecuers
products!
Backyard barbecuers who are interested
in joining the event can visit the website

no fee to participate as a barbecuer; you
just need to bring your grill and meat
or specialty item and let the fun and
