2017 Baseball Classic
International professional baseball competition composed of sixteen nations. Held March 6-22, 2017. Twelve of the sixteen nations qualified. Defending champion the Dominician Republic was eliminated the second round. The United States team defeated Puerto Rico to win the championship at 8-0.
