TELEHEALTH IN EDUCATION
COVID-19 affected our ability to teach medicine . As telehealth continues to play a larger role in delivering care , we will need to strive to reach out to high school and undergraduate students who need health care access . We also will need to train our residents and fellows in the use of telehealth .
Teleshadowing was successfully piloted thanks to Carmel McNicholas-Bevensee , BSc , PhD . We plan to expand this opportunity for undergraduate students who no longer have access to shadowing due to COVID-19 .
