From the Editor- In -Chief
I worked on this piece for over a year. I wanted to learn the tools necessary and with my busy schedule, produced a quality product. This first issue means alot to me and I really hope you all enjoy. It is the start to what has been an exciting journey so far.
I work with so many amazing people every day. My mind automatically picks up on what peoples strengths and weaknesses are as it relates to their natural talent, gifts and or skills to the world. I am truly inspired and blessed to float about this kind of energy flow and needed to find a way to convey what I perceive in my daily inner circles in a visual way.
I've always been an artist at heart, sketching and designing go on subliminally and as I feel it, but for the longest I felt I struggle with finding the perfect medium to convey the visiuals and concept in my head, to the world. I've always loved magazines. When I attended the Illinois Art Institue for Fashion, I learned that I could do pretty much anything related to fashion. So since I enjoyed design the most., I knew one day making magazines would be it.
I dedicate this first issue to my co-editor and creative director, my beautiful twin sister who has always believed in me and encouraged me, letting me know that I am worthy, my work is valuable and that we are making a differnce. Jennifer Fallen I love you to the moon and beyond. I also want to personally thank my director of photography as well as all the people featured and look forward to many many more awesome issues to come.
