YOUR CURRICULUM
Leadership development
Becoming an effective leader requires truly knowing yourself and
learning how to bring out the best in others. Hult’s leadership
program will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses
and develop critical skills through continual practice, feedback,
and coaching.
Leadership in the real world An award-winning approach Peer feedback, structured coaching
Leadership, more than any other area
of business, is about practical skills—not
theory. We interviewed 100 of the world’s
leading CEOs to find out what business
graduates need in order to be effective
leaders in today’s workplace and built a
leadership development program based
on these insights, which is fully integrated
into your Executive MBA program. Self-assessments, personality and
leadershi p diagnostics, and coaching
will assess your skills, but the real
work happens throughout your core
program. You’ll learn to reflect on your
performance, see it evolve, and come
to welcome experiences as growth
opportunities. It’s a groundbreaking
approach that won Hult the Association
of MBAs (AMBA) Innovation Award. Like the real world, where colleagues
shape your professional development,
peer feedback is central to leadership
development at Hult. You’ll be part of a
small group who will observe each other,
feedback on each other’s performance,
practice skills together, and support each
other at every step. Your coach will also
be on hand to run workshops and help
you reflect on your performance.
