This plant is in the equator. Cocao fruits can be red, yellow, and purple. The seeds are in these fruits. The number of seeds change 20-40. The taste of seeds is bitter.Matured fruits collect and wait to dehydrate. Then these seeds are sent to a factory to make chocalate. Seeds are roasted and ground. Then ground seeds become a dough like mud and add other materials. This mixing dumps molds.  History of Chocolate Firstly chocolate was made by Maya civilization thousands years ago, probably by a group of Olmers. They grew cocoa trees in South America. Mayas learn how to use these nuclei over time. In 600, Maya made a chocalate drink. According to the legend, Moctezuma, the king of Aztecs, drank 50 cups of chocalte a day. Aztecs were drinking cold, adding pepper and other spices. After 80 years, solid chocalate started to be sold as a drink in the UK. So solid chocalate selling “ Chocalate Houses” spread all over the Europe. The traces of the oldest chocalate found to date are found in a 2.600 years old jug.
