Our first lesson starts at 8:20. Each lesson lasts 40 minutes and the break lasts 10 minutes. Lunch break lasts 50
minutes. The students eat in the school canteen, dining hall or café. We finish school at 3:30 p.m. There are many
courses in the school and some students can join these courses.

THE FIRST DAY OF THE SCHOOL
A chosen student who is from the tenth grade gives advice to new students about the school. She or he gives
information about the school and describes how students should study for success.
SPORTS ACTIVITIES
In our school we have sports activities like basketball, volleyball, and football tournaments. Students join the
tournaments to enjoy themselves. Supporters give support to their friends in the teams and they are very excited and
ambitious. These tournaments are played at the lunchtime because of our lessons. At the end of the tournaments our
school gives prizes to winners.
THE BOOK FAIR
There’s a famous book fair organized every spring in Izmir. Izmir is about three hours away from Milas where we live
in. Every year we organize a trip to Izmir to visit the book fair. We meet famous writers. Writers talk about their
