I believe that having passion and being passionate are two different experiences. Having passion is when you feel inspired to do something. Being passionate is when you put what you love into action.
I am most passionate to sit down with someone and to have a one-on-one conversation. I am passionate about learning of someone's dreams and career goals and, finding out how I am able to help that person reach whatever level of success he or she is looking for in their life, on whatever level it may be: personally and professionally.

I knew that in order for me to accomplish my passion to have a successful public relations and consulting firm, it would be in my best interest to get out of my comfort zone and take a leap of faith and move to California.
I left a secure job with the state, sold 99% of everything I had and, I did it without regret or fear. How is this possible? Because nothing that is truly in your best interest will always be an easy decision. Sometimes you have to trust the process in order to find out who you really are under certain circumstances - and make uncomfortable decisions that will take you out of your comfort zone to push you forward..
