ave you ever been in a situation,
where you have been praying about certain
circumstances, and your faith levels are high.
However when you don’t see the manifestation of that situation you start to doubt?
Then you hear a Word or read a passage of
scripture and miraculously your faith levels
are high again, however you’re still waiting for
the manifestation and now you’re starting to
doubt again.
I have done this on many occasions. I call
this yo-yo faith, because one minute my
faith was high and then it became low again.
However when it came to other people, my
faith for their situation was rock solid. I affirmed with them that God would do something unexpected.
It’s ironic that our faith can be rock solid for
other people, but when it comes to ourselves we tend to waver. Though we read
the scriptures ‘Without faith it is impossible
to please God,’ and ‘Behold I am the God
of all flesh is there anything too difficult for
me?’ We still tend to doubt. I believe this is
because most of the time we want things to
happen quickly.
We live in a society
where patience no longer
has a place
We can get information quickly from the
Internet, we have fast food restaurants and
microwave meals. We no longer really have
to wait for things.
This can make us forget that with God things
don’t work as quickly as we would like. We
must be grateful for this, because sometim \
