Time for
Relax
It is important to take
time out of our busy schedule to
just take a breather, relax
and recharge.
Here are a few tips, to help you
in the right direction!
Have a movie night!
Whether you decide to get out of the house
and go to a movie theater, or stay at home
and have a movie night in your pajamas...it is
sure to be fun!
Movies at the theater...
* You get to dress up a little
* You get some “away” time
* You can choose one of the latest
release films
* Make it a date night with your loved one
* Have dinner before going to the movie at a
nice restaurant
* Whether you get your movie from Foxtel,
the video store, Apple TV or one of the
free to air channels you have will have a
wide variety to choose from
* You can still make it a date night
* Order a pizza or some other favourite take-
away. The idea is for you not to cook!
If you can and the weather plays along, try
and have your movie night outside under the
stars.
You will need:
* a white wall / screen or sheet
* a projector
* laptop or dvd player
* desktop or other speakers
Movies at home...
Connect the video signal from your dvd player
or laptop to the projector, then connect the
audio signal from your dvd player or laptop to
the speakers.
* Get comfortable on the couch in your pjs
* Snuggle with your family
Get some blankets, pillows, popcorn and
drinks and you are all set for a fun night!
