The team (pictured above) is managed by Jade Maryan and the secretary is Jo Hill. In Reading, Colin was the Reading FC correspondent for the Reading Chronicle for five years, sports editor of the Berkshire Mercury and later chief sub-editor of the Chronicle group. The team will be coached by Adam Burden and Adam Passmore. New programme editor: Former Colin is content managing the website and editing/designing the matchday programme. For 14 years he edited Reading FCs awardwinning matchday programme. He is also the man behind the club’s nickname change from The Biscuitmen to The Royals – he persuaded the directors of Reading FC and the Chronicle Group management to agree to find a new nickname via a competition. Before leaving Tiverton in late 1972, he was Berkshire being a Royal county, The Royals local journalist Colin Gunney, who reported on Elmore for the Devon & Somerset News back in the late 1960s and early 1970s has taken on the role of PR co-ordinator. 32
