language, memory, reading, and attention
Research projects
The computational
language and cognition
laboratory conducts
experiments with human
participants to develop and
test computational
theories of knowledge and
language learning
Our current projects are:

Inductive learning

Visual attention in
sentence processing

Knowledge acquisition

Various simulation
models

If you are a motivated student, you can join the lab for credit
by enrolling in psych 493/494/495 (psychology) or
q493/495 (cognitive science), or we may hire you as a paid
research assistant
