The set started all guns blazing with the introduction and opening track from their latest album Venom ‘ No Way Out ’ which set the venue alight to say the least ! It was certainly a revival of childhood ’ s for most fans in the 02 Academy as Bullet played a lot of their old classic anthems from ‘ Hearts Burst Into Fire ’ to ‘ Your Betrayal ’. Mesmerising guitar riffs from front man Matt Tuck and lead guitarist Michael Paget showed why Bullet For My Valentine have still got what it takes to play long , intensive metal sets to big audiences worldwide ! The 3-track Encore of ‘ Tears Don ’ t Fall ’, ‘ Waking The Demon ’ and their new single ‘ Don ’ t Need You ’ was definitely the pinnacle of the whole evening for all hardcore Bullet fans !
After a nostalgic evening in Birmingham , fans were left refreshed after enjoying a night of raw , metal mania , and knowing that sometimes old is best in the Music industry !
