Jennifer quote: I live in Colorado for over 17 years and have worked in the financial industry for over 25 years. I was born in Tulsa ,Oklahoma, but I grew up in Denton, Texas, so I consider myself a Texas gal. I hold a Bachelors in Ministry with a Major in Christian School Education and I am currently completing my Masters in Public Administration.
My husband Erick and I went to Denton High School together in Denton, Texas and married in 1989 (so yes, that is nearly 28 years!). We have two incredible children, Ashton (26) & Brittany (22), both students at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
We are a Navy Family, my husband, served 11 years active duty Navy and I served in the Navy Reserves. Our son also served 4 years active duty Navy and is currently in the Navy Reserves.
I joined Navy Federal Credit union in 2009 and currently serve as the Manager of the Fort Carson Branch, in Fountain ,Colorado
In addition to my work and family, I enjoy serving the Fountain community as a Commissioner on the City of Fountain Planning Commission. I have also served as a Commissioner and past President of City of Fountain Economic Development Commission, member and past President of the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a member and past Board Member for the Association for the US Army. I also enjoy volunteering teaching for Junior Achievement as well as in Children's ministry.
