- The taxes on electric cars can be at most 50 % of what is paid for diesel cars it must be implemented before 2020 K- Special lanes for electric cars: low costs and high efficiency.- Improve knowledge about toxic chemicals and help businesses move towards a sustainable economy.- Implement climate policies and strategies.
