Also in armed collisions ,the constant violate of women rights with the form of extensive rape and sexual abuse should be reported as war crimes.  Financial sources for the application of programs to prevent ,protect and fight all the forms of violence against women.  Attempt for sign and sanction of the Istanbul convention from as many countries as possible .
