All models feature an easy-serve adjustable roll top cover
with both 90° and 180° opening settings, ensuring optional
accessibility for both serve and self-service applications.
All lids are removable for easy-cleaning and feature side
vents to prevent condensation.
All Elia Chafing Dishes are constructed with a heavy gauge
frame of 3mm to provide increased stability and durability
for the catering environment.
Supplied complete with a deep water pan, food insert and
fuel holder cup(s).
Other than SDC models, the range incorporates damper
hinges for smooth opening.
