ROUTE DESCRIPTION Long route – Starts with 7km of open farm riding on Oak Valley Estate before heading off through Molteno and Applegarth farm towards the Elgin Country Club. Riding over the Eikenhof dam wall is a real treat with beautiful views over the valley. You will then drop down through Eikenhof and Mara farm and head back towards Oak Valley. This ride has a bit of everything in it, lots of single track and yes, some challenging climbs. Medium route – fantastic new route which shares the first 15 km with the long route and is great riding as you venture through farms only open for the Apple Blossom. You will experience a bit of everything, open farm roads, a few climbs and great single track, suitable for those wanting to take the next step up. Short route - all on farm roads with about 1km or so of easy wide single track, not technical at all and great for kids. 2km kiddie’s cycle will be in and around the field and Mum/Dad can run alongside.
