Step 2:
To prep, clean area to be painted with rag and water.
**If really dirty, use soap and water, then let dry overnight**
Step 4:
Apply Mod Podge with clean paint brush to one isolated area. Gently shake glitter over the area, covering all the paint.
**Touch up areas as needed after Mod Podge dries**
