Jada Redmond
What was it like creating this song? It was
great, this is a great song. What makes the
song great? The message, because there are so
many people out there, friendless, fatherless,
and He's (God) all that to us.
Can you share with our reader's a little
more about who Jada Redmond is? Umm,
Jada Redmond is a 12 yr. old, straight A
student; I'm in the 6th grade, and I run track
(All American).
Now, we know music surrounds you, can
you tell us when you decided to make singing a career choice? Well, the very first time I
can remember singing I was four years old. I
sang with my God-brother a Maurette Brown
- Clark song.
Can you tell us what being nominateed
and actually coming to the Stellar Awards
means to you? It's amazing! When I learned
about what was going on, I started jumping,
screaming, crying, I was shocked.
Elev8 Magazine had the awesome pleasure of interviewing
Ms. Jada Remond, the 12 year old Stellar Award Nominee
who shared her feelings about her first Red Carpet event, and
more on the release of her new EP.
We had the opportunity to see you at The Stellar Awards,
can you share a bit about that experience? That was a really
great experience. This was the first time walking the carpet
for my EP, but I had another opportunity to do it with Pure N
Heart as well.
What's the title of your EP? Brother, which is also the title
track. Who wrote it? Mr. Alphaeus Anderson, the founder
of Pure N Heart.
What's happening with the music? Are you
traveling, touring, etc.? F
