Q A Virtue But our families have grown (six children between the 3 of us) we’ve lost some close loved ones (a sister, granny, and our father), one of us has gone through a divorce, but God has kept us and our passion for ministry alive and well. 4: What did you miss about the music industry and the craft of music? A: I, Karima, really missed being in the studio. I love that part! But I think we all missed making music together. 5: Has your perspective concerning (life, music, industry) changed and if so, how? A: Ebony- I think the industry has changed tremendously with social media and the Internet. There are some obvious pros, like being able to reach the world easier. Our perspective has changed a bit because we have more opportunities to be hands on with our fans for free!! Virtue is back on the scene with a brand new album! Here are the Top Ten Questions are readers wanted to know. 1: Virtue it’s great to see and hear you all again… We’ve certainly missed you all, amidst the new sounds of music, can you share the reason for the lengthy hiatus? A: Thank you! We’ve missed singing and ministering together too! We decided to take a break not intentionally, but just living life and following God’s lead and wiring for His green light. 2: Did you miss being Virtue (The Group) as we understand you all are siblings? A: Yes we are siblings. We live in 3 different states, so we certainly missed the opportunities that Virtue provides us to be together more. 6: What does Virtue bring to the current state of music? A: Heather- We genuinely bring hope and inspiration for every day life, transparency, unity and the message that Jesus saves and is coming back again. 3: How is Virtue different from 10 years ago? A: Although we don’t look it, we’re all older now!! Lol! It just means we’ve had more life experiences and testimonies to share. 7: Who are some of your favorite artist?
