My mother used to make the following concoction to soothe colds: black tea with honey, cinnamon and ginger. Here is my healthier version of it.

It is great for soothing colds,

clearing sinuses,

boosting the immune system,

and detoxing.

1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chopped fresh ginger

Put everything in a cup, fill with hot water, stir well and sip slowly
