Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine Issue 04 | August 2016 | Page 7

Change is in the air. Can you feel it? For me, I’ve decided to sell my property to invest in Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine and take it to the next level. I'm just not sure if it will be a portion or all of the land.

I've been here for 24 years and believe, with all of my being, that this is the right thing for me to do.

I'm sitting on my big “thinking rock” out in the woods with the intent of manifesting a quick 'n easy transaction. After all, isn't that what we all want. Easy. Fast. Effortless.

In my heart I know it is time to let go of this plot of dirt, to explore the opportunities off of my 20 acres. (I've heard rumors there are some great places to explore!!)

I am blessed with memories created and witnessed on this land, throughout the years: the school bus at the end of the driveway, boys running through the woods, the gardens I've tended to, the holiday family dinners prepared in my kitchen, the grandsons curling up with me on the couch, love surrounds my home.

Thunder rumbles in the northern sky. It's time to go back home for shelter before the rain starts.

As I look through the pages of this month's issue, the common thread I see is “experience”. The events and situations give us the chance to explore our emotions. How boring would it be if we felt nothing; did nothing… learned nothing, along the way.

On the cover this month is Lisa Wamsley, CMT & LMT. She is a beautiful woman who made a life altering decision to take her health into her own hands. Rica Lewis shares how she transformed procrastination with into action steps. Rachel Kieffer writes of one woman's relationship with food, and Kat Tozier concludes her three-part series on the lifesaving power of yoga. Natasha Botkin takes us “into the woods”, and Kimberley Andrews tells us about her experience with oil of oregano. Eddie Mullins shares his insight on manifestation. Sherry Lord explains the value of allowing relationships to evolve. And the recipes this month will definitely tantalize your taste buds.

Whatever choices you are facing, it is my hope you follow your heart. As Eddie Mullins asked me, “If there was nothing holding you back, what would you do? What would you experience?”
