Actions Leading to Disciplinary Action, including Removal from Class, Suspension and / or Expulsion
21. Trespassing on school grounds while on out-of-school suspension or expulsion.
22. Making false bomb threats or other threats to the safety of students, employees, and / or other persons.
23. Defiance of school rules and the valid authority of teachers, supervisors, administrators, other employees and / or law enforcement authorities.
24. Throwing snowballs, rocks, sticks and / or similar objects, except as specifically authorized by school employees responsible for student supervision.
25. Unauthorized and / or reckless and / or improper operation of a motor vehicle on school grounds or at any school-sponsored activity.
26. Leaving school grounds, school transportation or a school-sponsored activity without authorization.
27. Use of or copying of the academic work of another individual and presenting it as the student ' s own work, without proper attribution; the unauthorized use of AI for the completion of class assignments; or any other form of academic dishonesty, cheating or plagiarism.
