Be a global problem-solver Depleting resources, pollution, the loss of biodiversity, climate change: You know the problems, but what are we going to do about them? These are complex issues, made all the more challenging by a rapidly growing global population causing urbanisation pressures, which itself raises complicated problems of sustainability, community integrity, security, and equality. Solving them is no easy matter, and there’s no ‘one size fits all’ answer. If the answer is a systems approach, then it needs to consider a whole range of systems! But just because the issues are complex doesn’t mean we can ignore them. There’s too much at stake. Lincoln University’s programmes are committed to help feed the world, protect the future, and live well. These include two specialist, but multi-disciplinary degrees in the sustainable transformation of land, people and economies: • Bachelor of Environmental Management and Planning • Bachelor of Environmental Policy and Planning (Honours) Why not join the cause and become a global problem-solver? The world needs Lincoln. The world needs you. Enrol now. www.lincoln.ac.nz | 0800 10 60 10
