The Ceremony | The Queen of Peace Croatian Church was a clear choice for Diana
and Cosimo to host their ceremony. Not only was the aisle beautifully decorated with
white calla lilies encased in glass by Blossom Boutique, the church held special meaning
as one of the floor-to-ceiling windows was donated by the late father of the bride.
The Reception & Decor | Exquisite food and service were a priority for Diana and
Cosimo at the reception. Guests indulged in customized hors d’oeuvres, a specialty four-
course meal, trio of desserts served alongside a black six-tier cake and a midnight North
American comfort food station served with premium cocktails.
The Decor | Except for the 11,000 white dendrobium orchids that Blossom Boutique
used to fill the space, Diana and Cosimo’s reception was decorated entirely in black.
Floor-to-ceiling draping lined the room; sequin linens covered tables; and a custom
dance floor replicated the invitations. At the couple’s head table and bridal party tables,
centrepieces consisted of cascading floral runners and a floral chandelier featuring
hanging glass balls filled with candles. As if that wasn’t enough, the couple shared their
first dance together under a spectacular circular floral chandelier. The contrast between
light and dark decor was exactly what the couple envisioned. Everyone in attendance
was blown away.
